Trial Period Policy
Clear expectations for dedicated trial usage, plan upgrades, and expiration handling.
At BigBlueButton Host, we understand that migrating or switching vendors can be difficult, especially for businesses already running production workloads. Our trial period lets potential clients evaluate service quality before committing to a full subscription.
Because trial environments require provisioning isolated infrastructure and resources, we do not provide free trials. Dedicated trial access is available for up to 7 days at a minimum of 3.5 USD per day.
How Our Trial Period Works
Trial subscriptions run on dedicated, isolated infrastructure instead of centralized pooled resources. This provides an accurate picture of working with our paid service in terms of stability, quality, and performance.
During the trial, rebranding and custom domain setup are not included.
Upgrade to Monthly or Annual Plans
If you upgrade during the trial period, the remaining trial subscription fee can be adjusted against the first month of a premium subscription plan.
Cancellation and Refund
Trial duration is selectable by the client from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 7 days. Trial-period cancellation is not offered, and trial subscription fees are non-refundable if you choose not to continue with a plan.
Auto Charges and Expiry Handling
We do not automatically charge clients who only choose a trial. When the trial expires, the provided API credentials stop working automatically. Upgrading to an active plan requires a client request or subscription action.
To reduce service interruption risk, we may send reminders (email and WhatsApp) before trial expiry.
Additional Note About Free Test API
Free Test API credentials may be available for integration and functionality checks only. Since these shared credentials are used by multiple users, service quality and performance are not guaranteed. Production usage is not recommended for privacy and reliability reasons.
