Please read these service terms carefully before using our managed hosting platform
1. Agreement to Terms & Contracting Entity
Welcome to BigBlueButton Host (the "Service"), a managed hosting brand owned and operated by Bymond Private Limited ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), a company registered in India.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or subscribing to our managed BigBlueButton hosting services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Master Service Terms and Conditions, along with our modular operational policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our services.
2. Agreement Hierarchy
We offer standardized public hosting plans and enterprise-grade custom deployments. If you have entered into a separately signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or other written enterprise agreements with Bymond Private Limited, those signed agreements will supersede and control in the event of any conflict with these public website terms.
3. Service Description & API Credentials
BigBlueButton Host provides fully managed virtual classroom infrastructure, including API endpoints, Greenlight front-end access, automated recording processing, and custom LMS integrations (Moodle, Canvas, WordPress, etc.).
API Security: You are issued confidential API credentials and URLs to integrate BigBlueButton with your LMS or third-party client. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials secure. Any request or classroom creation initiated under your API credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
Shared Test API Access: Test API credentials provided for evaluation purposes must not be used for production or sensitive meetings. We exclude all support and uptime commitments for test API access.
4. Resource Usage & Quotas
Our hosting infrastructure utilizes multi-cloud resources from regional providers like DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to allocate CPU, RAM, and bandwidth quotas corresponding to your purchased plan.
Recording Storage: Recording disk space is capped according to your plan. You may monitor and manage your recordings (upload/delete/publish) through the Greenlight dashboard. Host spaces are intended for active class recordings, not general cloud file sharing.
Resource Protection: If your classrooms consume bandwidth, recording storage, or CPU cycles in excess of fair use or plan allocations, or in a manner that degrades performance for other users on shared servers, we reserve the right to limit non-essential functions, suspend access, or request a plan upgrade.
5. Operational Policies (Incorporated by Reference)
Your use of our service is also governed by the following operational policies. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all rules and terms laid out below:

6. Customer Content & Liability
We act as a technical intermediary hosting customer meetings, audio/video data, and recordings. We do not preview, moderate, or inspect your meeting content or stored recordings.
You assume full legal responsibility for all content transmitted or recorded on your servers, including chat logs, slides, and participant audio/video. You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Bymond Private Limited and its affiliates against any third-party claims arising from a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly promised in an applicable SLA, our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Bymond Private Limited disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bymond Private Limited, its directors, employees, or subprocessors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, lost classroom data, recording corruption, or service interruption) arising under or relating to the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the website or services is strictly capped at the total hosting fees paid by you to Bymond Private Limited for the specific affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all associated policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, conflict, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, including their validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
