Subprocessor Policy
Transparency on our third-party infrastructure and service providers
To deliver managed virtual classroom hosting, billing integration, and customer support, BigBlueButton Host (owned and operated by Bymond Private Limited) works with third-party service providers.
These third parties are referred to as subprocessors when they process personal data on behalf of Bymond or the Client. We evaluate all subprocessors to ensure their security practices align with our commitments.

Policy Updates & Notification
As our infrastructure grows and improves, we may modify this subprocessor list from time to time. For enterprise customers who have executed a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA), notification of new subprocessors and the right to object will be handled in accordance with the terms of the signed DPA.
